Nallag provides a free online directory dedicated to supporting and promoting Black-owned businesses. Listings are submitted by business owners or authorized representatives and reviewed before publication.

2. Eligibility

To use Nallag and submit a listing, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Own or represent a Black-owned business
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information

3. User Accounts

To submit or manage a listing, you must create a Nallag account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Ensuring all information in your account is accurate
• All activity under your login credentials

Nallag reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, contain false or misleading information, or are inactive for extended periods.

4. Business Listings

By submitting a listing, you grant Nallag the right to:

• Display your listing publicly
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, or format
• Remove or reject listings that violate our standards

You retain ownership of your content but give Nallag permission to publish it within the platform.

5. Claiming a Listing

If your business has been pre-listed by our team or a third party, you may claim ownership through account verification. Once verified, you may update or manage the listing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including logos, layout, and design — is owned by Nallag unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or reuse any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent their business
• Use the site for commercial solicitation beyond directory purposes

We reserve the right to remove users or listings that violate these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nallag is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate or outdated business information
• User-generated content
• Damages resulting from use of or inability to access the directory

Use of the site is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

Nallag may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
