Our goal is to deliver optimal value for every dollar invested by our clients. To achieve this, it is essential to cover expenses and sustain our operations. Consequently, we require that payments for the provided services be made on time.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our work and acknowledge that, for various reasons, you might seek a refund of fees paid to Nallag. Should any aspect of our work fall short of your expectations, informing us enables us to make every effort to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. This is our commitment to you.
If, despite our efforts, we are unable to resolve an issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to terminate our services by completing a Cancellation Form. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy provided below for more details.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a service, clients are required to submit a cancellation request by following the steps outlined below:
- Fill out and submit the Cancellation Form.
- Nallag will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your service and detailing the status of any applicable refund within 12 hours of receiving your cancellation request.
- A complete refund will only be granted if the cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of making any applicable payment. No refund will be provided for requests made after this timeframe, for services already initiated, or for services already delivered. Please refer to the Refund Policy below for further details.
Cancellation of a monthly or annual service plan must be completed at least 30 days before the start of the upcoming billing cycle. An early termination fee will be applicable for any yearly service plan that is canceled.
REFUND
We start working on a project only after the applicable payment has been made. Each service that we provide requires extensive resources, consumes our time, and incurs internal expenses. Therefore:
- Once a payment or deposit is made, unless the project gets cancelled within 12 hours, work begins immediately, and payment made is non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled after 12 hours of making any applicable payment, delayed, or postponed by the client, all payments made will be retained by Nallag. Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the initial payment.
- In cases where a service cannot be fulfilled due to our capabilities, we may offer a refund or an alternative service, depending on mutual agreement.
- Refunds are not provided for payments related to projects abandoned or inactive for over 30 days. If you subscribed to our services but did not utilize them, payment is still required.
- Billing cycles for agreed-upon services will continue until a cancellation request is submitted. Please refer to the above Cancellation Policy for further details.
Refund Processing
For payments made via credit card, the funds will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 30 business days upon approval. If payment was made by check or money order, the refund will be issued to you in the form of a check.
